Quilted: Voices

Macy Zierman is a sixteen year old writer from Sacramento, California. She won the George Washington Youth Award in 2022 for her essays, received a Creative Writing scholarship to Oxford from Immerse Education in 2023, was granted a fully funded trip to Philadelphia for the Spirit of America trip in 2025, and was a winner of the Western Regional Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. Her writing has been published in Quilted: Thoughts, The Writers Magazine, Breathe Bold, and The Looking Glass Review.
